Collections from Warehouse.

The warehouse has moved to Orange, NSW.

 

Collections are available by appointment. 

 

If you live in Orange or surrounds you can arrange to collect your goods from the warehouse.

If you are ordering from interstate you can still arrange collection by entering a dummy postcode of 2800 with your address.

All goods need to be purchased online via the website prior to collection. Payments are not taken at the warehouse.

Please ensure you attend with an appropriate vehicle.  Whilst we will assist you with loading of equipment it is your responsibility to ensure goods are safely transported. 

Risk of goods passes when loaded onto your vehicle.

 

Shipping.

We ship with a variety of companies including TNT, MainFreight, Couriers Please, StarTrack, FastWay, Allied and Australia Post.

Larger shipments or bulky items may be delayed as specialist services need to be booked.

Delivery times may vary between couriers and freight companies. 

We will send tracking information as soon as your items are booked for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: - Our freight calculator automatically includes levies for tail lift services over 50kgs and domestic addresses.  If you have access to a forklift or are a commercial address please contact us for a custom freight quote.

If you are provided with a freight quote that seems high please contact us.  The freight system can default to higher costs if your address is not recognised or due to the bulky nature of the item surcharges are added.
